The Fit Guarantee

Every garment is made for you after you order it, and it should fit that way. If a made-to-order piece doesn't fit, we remake or replace it free of charge. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

How to start

Email hello@rebeloup.com with your order number and a short note on what's off. We'll take it from there.

Custom-made items

Made-to-order garments are custom-made, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them under Norwegian law. The Fit Guarantee is our promise instead. For the details, see Shipping & Returns.

Accessories

Ready-made accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging.
