Who we are

Rebeloup is operated by REALTIME PRODUCTIONS AS, Skibåsen 36, 4636 Kristiansand S, Norway, org. no. 929 592 204.

Orders & production

We make it when you order it. Your order confirms production of a garment made specifically for you, and it becomes binding once production starts. Production and delivery typically take 2 to 3 weeks; a delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Prices & payment

All prices are in NOK and include VAT. Payment is handled through Klarna Checkout (pay now, pay later or part payment) and Visa and Mastercard via Klarna. Quantity discounts are applied automatically: 10% for two items, 20% for three or more.

Delivery

Orders ship from our production partner. You receive tracking details by email, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Made-to-order garments are custom-made, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them under Norwegian law (the exception for custom-made goods in the angrerettloven). Ready-made accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging.

Fit Guarantee

If a made-to-order piece doesn't fit, we remake or replace it free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Complaints

The Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies to all purchases. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hello@rebeloup.com and we'll put it right.
