Made to order, made to ship

We make it when you order it. Every Rebeloup garment goes into production after you place your order, so production and delivery typically take 2 to 3 weeks. You see a delivery estimate at checkout, and once your piece leaves the production partner we send tracking details by email.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. When free shipping applies, the threshold and your progress towards it are shown directly in the cart.

Returns & the Fit Guarantee

A made-to-order piece should fit like it was made for you, because it was. If it doesn't, our Fit Guarantee has you covered: we remake or replace it free of charge. Contact us at hello@rebeloup.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

Custom-made items

Because made-to-order garments are custom-made for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them under Norwegian law (the exception for custom-made goods in the angrerettloven). The Fit Guarantee above is our promise instead.

Accessories

• Ready-made accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
• Email hello@rebeloup.com with your order number to start a return.
